What if I told you that you could take a chocolate supplement to support healthy circulation in your body? Did that peak your interest?! CocoaVia is a daily cocoa extract supplement with 250 mg of cocoa flavanols in every serving. Cocoa flavanols are scientifically proven to support healthy circulation by helping blood vessels stay flexible and expand as needed, even as you age.  Heart, brain, and eye health - even exercise performance - depend on a healthy circulatory system, which supports your total health. With daily intake, CocoaVia helps oxygen and nutrients reach your organs and tissues.

CocoaVia Stick Packs are available in the following flavors: Sweetened Dark Chocolate, Summer Citrus, Cran-raspberry, and Unsweetened Dark Chocolate. They come in ready-to-go stick packs that can be added to your foods and beverages. Dark-chocolate flavored CocoaVia can be added to milk, hot or chilled coffee drinks, yogurt, smoothies, and oatmeal. Fruit-flavored CocoaVia can be enjoyed with water, in smoothies, unsweetened iced tea, and yogurt. Each packet is only 30 calories, 0.5 grams of fat, and has 0g sugar. CocoaVia is also available in Capsules.

Recipe: Chocolate Dip for Fruits/Crackers

Ingredients:
1 cup Vanilla Regular Yogurt (individual serving cup)
Sweetener of choice to taste (e.g., 1 tsp honey)
2 packets of CocoaVia Dark Chocolate Unsweetened supplements

Directions:
Step 1: Whisk together for 30 sec-1 min
Step 2: Serve chilled with fruits or crackers

Serves 2 people

Review:  I am a total chocoholic so I would never pass on an opportunity to review chocolate with heath benefits! I was given each of the flavors to sample along with some CocoaVia Daily Cocoa Extract Supplements to review.  The capsules were a bit on the larger side but I had no problems swallowing them and had no noticeable side effects. If given the choice, I would much rather use the super-tasty stick packs!

I liked the chocolate packets in my coffee and absolutely LOVED the chocolate dip recipe featured above. It tasted like a chocolate mousse and went great with fruit. I enjoyed the fruit flavored packets in water. It took me a little while to find the perfect water to CocoaVia ratio but finally found that 24 ounces of water and 1/2 packet was perfect. Since I gave up all beverages besides fresh vegetable juice, water, and coffee awhile ago it was a welcome change to have a flavored water.

I love the versatility of the CocoaVia flavor packs, but they are a  bit pricey. However, if they really do help promote cardiovascular health then the price is probably well worth it.

Buy it here:  You can purchase a one month supply of CocoaVia capsules for $29.99 or a one month supply of Stick Packs for $34.99 from the CocoaVia website. You can also purchase CocoaVia products from Amazon.
