Is improved health a New Year's resolution of yours? If so, then don't forget your poor feet when you make healthy changes in 2014. Here were my favorites:

My sneakers are old - REALLY old. However, I like them so I have been hesitant to get a new pair so these insoles really gave some new life to these sneakers. As soon as I put my feet into the shoes, I felt like I had a brand new pair on!  It did make walking much more comfortable and I noticed less knee discomfort than I usually experience during the day. 

PROFOOT Pedi-Rock:  An innovative, flexible foot file that contours to the shape of the foot to exfoliate rough, dry skin. This rock-shaped file is made of silicon-carbide crystals, which easily eliminates the toughest calluses without leaving any dust behind.  This rock addresses all the complaints I have about typical stones: it is easy and comfortable to grip, does not leave any dust behind, and can be used if your foot is wet. This rock worked so much better than a typical pedi-stone. In fact, I tossed my old stones in favor of this rock! 

PROFOOT’s Heel Rescue Foot Cream: Formulated to create silky-smooth, touchable feet in just days, with an active ingredient, Moroccan Argan Oil, which is often called skin’s “liquid gold,” for its antioxidant properties, vitamin E and skin-healing benefits. I noticed that my feet were softer and looked healthier after just one use. After three days, the rough patches were almost gone as you can see from the pictures below.  Combined with the Pedi-Rock, the foot cream has my feet looking better than ever!
