AirRAM Vacuum Cleaner Review

AirRAM review

I have always hated vacuuming. Carting a large, heavy vacuum from room to room just has no appeal but when I saw the AirRAM Vacuum Cleaner I will admit that I was very intrigued.  The GTech AirRAM is a cordless and tubeless vacuum cleaner with just as much power as other famous vacuums on the market.  However, it has a lithium ion battery that makes it more energy efficient than the average vacuum. Weighing just 7.5 lbs, the AirRAM has direct dirt-to-tray technology and does not use a bag. Dirt and dust are sucked-up and compressed into tidy bales that can be emptied right into the trash. The average four-bedroom home can be cleaned on a single battery charge.  In addition, the AirRAM utilizes a Data Bridge that can calculate the electricity you save while vacuuming and even find out how many calories you burned when doing the job.

Review: We received the vacuum several weeks ago and I couldn't be happier. Not only does the vacuum work better than any vacuum I have ever owned, but my kids love it too. That's right, my kids have actually been fighting over who can vacuum! Yesterday, I told my 8 year old daughter that she is old enough to be given a regular chore and assigned her the job of sweeping the floors at least weekly. My son, who already has garbage duty, went into Hunger Games mode, stood up and started yelling, "No, I volunteer! I volunteer as Tribute!" A little dramatic, yes, but I will take my kids arguing over who will do an extra chore any day over their normal arguing.

The vacuum really is great and addresses every common complaint I have had about my previous vacuums. It is light weight and since it is cordless, you can easily move from room to room and save some serious time.   It is smaller in size so storing it takes up less space. It is effective at sweeping up dirt and I also love that it is bagless.  It is on the pricier side (though still cheaper than the vacuum we were considering buying), but well worth it. Check out my video and see how easy it is to use:
