Review: I have a new favorite frying pan! The Green Earth Pan really has it all. Of course, I love that it is environmentally-friendly as well as safe for my family, but it also works great. It cooks food really evenly and it is about as non-stick as you can get. I always attributed my difficulty cooking certain foods to my cooking skills (or lack thereof) but this pan made me realize that sub-par frying pans really do make cooking difficult. I have made pancakes and eggs now with this frying pan and was thrilled at how quickly and perfectly the food cooked. As promised, the pan was extremely easy to clean especially since the food did not stick to it at all! The performance, health and environmental benefits, and easy clean-up make this well worth the price! I do wish it was a bit bigger, but it was the perfect size for making some scrambled eggs, a grilled cheese sandwich, or 1-2 small pancakes.
