TravelWise Packing Cubes

For years I did a lot of travelling for work and got to be a pro at packing the perfect bag. Then, we went to Disney World last year with the kids. Packing for four was an overwhelming experience and we get to do it all over again next month when we go to Boston. Enter the TravelWise 3 Piece Packing Cube Set. The nylon cubes are lightweight and durable and come in three sizes to fit nicely into any sized suitcase or carry-on.

TravelWise features:
  • Extra-durable 3 piece packing cube system - small, medium, and large cubes let you compartmentalize similar items and provide optimum utilization of interior luggage space
  • Constructed of high-quality nylon fabric; both lightweight yet durable with two way easy-pull zippers
  • Open mesh design makes it easy to locate items
  • Clothes won't shift in transit - they stay neat and tidy in their own "small drawers"
  • TravelWise 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
  • Available in five colors: red, black, teal, purple, and silver
TravelWise Review: When travelling with the family I have two money-saving golden rules: Thou shalt not book a hotel room that does not offer free breakfast and thou shalt not pay baggage fees.  Packing carry-ons carefully is a bit of an art form and I was looking forward to seeing how the TravelWise system could help. So, I gathered what I will be packing for my children for our trip to Boston:

Clothes before packing

Next, I put the clothes into my suitcase. Not bad - I did get it all in one bag which was my goal. But, there is no additional room. This baby is filled and ready to be zipped and it is quite messy:

Clothes packed in suitcase

After using the TravelWise system, I had a neatly packed bag that had additional room on either side of the large TravelWise piece in the luggage for some additional items, travel books, or spare room for post-vacation souvenirs!

Clothes packed with TravelWise

I must say I was very surprised with how much each cube was able to hold. I figured I had overstuffed each cube but when I went to zipper them, I realized there was room to boot! This was a great way of keeping their clothing separated. When we get to the hotel room, my daughter always insists first on unpacking and filling up drawers. This will make it much easier! I plan on also using this system to separate clean from dirty clothes when we are on the trip. Once used, I can place the garments back into the bags so there is no chance of accidentally choosing a dirty pair of underwear - eww!! I am very excited to use these for our trip and am certain we will not need to check any bags thanks to my ability to maximize packing space with the TravelWise cubes!

Buy it here: You can purchase the TravelWise system from Amazon for $25 (with free shipping).

I was provided with the above mentioned product for the purpose of facilitating this review. All opinions expressed are my own.
