Instead of throwing their hands up in defeat, they've taken on the challenge to make it easier for busy folks to prepare fresh, healthy, and tasty meals at home. The result? Products that taste as good as they make you feel. Better yet, they're quick and easy to use. Their sauces are crafted from high-quality, fresh ingredients that are light in unnecessary salt, sugar, and calories. They cam be used for stir frys, sautes, marinades, and more and there are lots of delicious looking recipes on their site.
Pan Asian Orange Sauce: Made from scratch with an aromatic blend of tamari, freshly grated ginger, orange zest, and a whisper of lemongrass.
Hawaiian: Made from scratch, island-style, with tamari, freshly grated ginger, dark sesame, and a pop of pineapple for sweetness.
Limone Garlic: Made from scratch with extra virgin olive oil, garlic, and a fresh squeeze of lemon.
Review: I loved the variety of flavors that were available and since we eat a lot of chicken in our household, this was a great opportunity to try some new recipes and transform our chicken dinners from blah to amazing! The sauces come in a really nice plastic container that is resealable in the event you don't use the entire container. They can be frozen as well! Each sauce had its own unique flavor and recipe possibilities. Aside from the ones listed below, we were also given Chipotle Adobo and Tai Coconut. As soon as I have the opportunity to try those, I will post the recipe and results.
Pan Asian Orange Sauce
Recipe tried: Classic Orange Chicken
The orange chicken was pretty tasty. My son and I really liked it, but my husband was not a huge fan. He said it had a strange lemony taste which I did not notice at all, of course, until he said something. Then I noticed that it that the citrus taste was a bit more like lemon than orange. Regardless, I really enjoyed it and would make this dish again.
Hawaiian -
Rather than making a recipe, we decided to use this on some homemade chicken burritos/wraps. This quickly became a favorite sauce for me - it was incredible! There was just enough of the pineapple sweetness to blend with the other flavors (tamari, ginger, and dark sesame). My son also really loved this sauce and we also enjoyed using some of the sauce on other chicken leftovers.
Limone Garlic:
Recipe tried: Once again, we used this on chicken and made a Limone Baked Chicken recipe.
This was also a very tasty dinner. Rather than cook the vegetables with the chicken, I made them separate because I was not sure how my kids would take to the lemon-flavor. I should have, however, made them all together because not only did they love it, but they actually ate their vegetables without complaining after I poured some of the sauce over them! That is a first! The lemon flavor is prominent in the sauce, but not overwhelming. The taste was very fresh and this was another hit!
