I have had the same pots and pans since my bridal shower...12 years ago. Review: We use frying pans for two main reasons: eggs and grilled cheese. I could not wait to try this pan out, especially after reading about how harmful PFOA is to my family and the environment. The pan is very sturdy and I could tell just by looking at it that the surface would truly be non-stick and would clean easily. My grilled cheese sandwich cooked up great and all I had to do was slide it off the pan when it was done - no spatula required. It did a great job cooking up eggs and well and I noticed that all of the foods were cooked evenly. Clean up was a breeze with this pan - no scrubbing required. I was very happy with the quality of this pan and the fact that it comes with a full warranty is fantastic.  This is definitely my new favorite pan!
