It's baking season - my favorite time of year! Although I love making sweets from scratch, there are plenty of times I need to whip something up quickly and do rely on box mixes quite often. I was really excited to hear that Mrs. Fields has releases two new cookie mixes in time for the holidays! Chocolate Chip Cookie and Sugar Cookie with Sprinkles mixes are now available at just $1.00 per box nationwide at Dollar Tree stores - shopped fresh weekly to ensure maximum freshness! 

Review: I am a little ashamed to admit that I have never had a Mrs. Fields cookie before. We don't have a store in town and it never bothered me before because I did not know what I was missing...until now. These cookies were outstanding! They were both extremely easy to make (just add butter and an egg) and in 10 minutes I had soft, flavorful, and mouthwatering cookies. I have not always had luck with Sugar Cookie mixes before but these were really delicious. I could not believe how soft they were and they were so tasty. My favorite was the Chocolate Chip. The chocolate chips were big and the mixture between the soft, flavorful cookie and the chunks of high quality chocolate made for an absolutely awesome cookie!  I took them to work to share and they were gone before 9:00am! I really can't believe these mixes are only $1. I am going to Dollar Tree to stock up!
