Kaeng Raeng Detox Review
Posted on 19:11 by Unknown
Have you heard about liquid detoxing yet? Detoxes are meant to rejunivate your body when you are feeling bloated and/or fatigued. Kaeng Raeng offers detoxes that can help you jumpstart weight loss, remove toxins, bolster immunity, improve digestion, enhance skin and hair quality, relieve bloating, and reduce cravings and overating. You can choose your level: The Beginner (for first time users - most gentle formula), The Veteran (for those having done at least one detox - medium level intensity), or The Master (for regular detoxers).
Choose your timeline - either 3 or 6 day. The 6-Day program is ideal for those trying to lose weight. You'll receive 3 packets per day (9 or 18 total) of the detox program you choose. The program is straight forward: just drink one pouch per meal time (3 times per day) in addition to raw fruits and vegetables. Simply add one pouch to 24-32oz of liquid. You can use water, juice, or non-dairy milk. For best results, just add water. You can also blend it with liquid, frozen fruit, or ice for a thicker sweeter smoothie.
Review: I received a packet of "Joyful" a strawberry, raspberry, and pineapple mixture to sample. It was very easy to mix and I like the idea that these little packets are portable so you can take them wherever you go. The powder does settle if you don't drink it all at once so I am glad that I put it into a shaker cup so I could keep remixing it. It tasted fruity, but still powdery. I mixed mine with water but if I were to do a full detox I would probably mix it with juices. I did find that the colder the drink, the better it tasted. I used the one packet the day after Easter and I am not sure if it was the detox drink or the atypical way I was eating on Easter but I did find myself in the bathroom quite a bit. I am guessing that the three day detox would keep you in there a lot as well and I am not sure, especially since I have a sensitive stomach, if I would choose to detox during the week when I work. One drink did fill me up, in fact it took me quite a while to get through it. I was always worried that I would be extremely hungry on a detox but my appetite was satiated with just one drink.
This is definitely an option if I decide to do a full detox; however, the cost is a consideration. I have done some research on pure vegetable juicing detoxes and those cost about $14 a day while the three-day Kaeng Raeng detox costs $69.99 plus the cost of any juices and vegetables you need to purchase to supplement the drinks.
