Review: I have a gift for rationalizing. If I gain a pound, I blame it on water retention...or perhaps muscle mass. Since typically gaining a pound means I have been eating too much crap and not getting enough exercise, I was excited to hear about the Precision GetFit thinking it would keep me out of denial.
This is, by far, the best scale I have ever owned. It is battery operated so you don't have to worry about inadequate light like with solar powered scales. I love that you can store data for multiple users so I had the whole family weigh in. I have been eating well and exercising and I can get easily frustrated if I don't see my weight come off quickly. So, being able to see the percent of muscle, fat, and water is really helpful. For instance, my weight has not moved in a couple of weeks but the percentage of fat has decreased and muscle has increased... woohoo! I compared my weight to a physician's scale at my workplace and the weight was accurate. I can definitely say that having this scale has kept me motivated to keep up with my new, healthy lifestyle. I don't think I will ever own another scale again!
