Mother's Day Gift Idea - SHOES!! 

Yes, handmade gifts from little ones are the best Mother's Day gifts of all but it is also nice to give (and receive) gifts that help pamper mom. After all, we work hard all year! Crocs’ new 2013 spring/summer collection features a variety of women’s styles that combine the legendary comfort Crocs is known for with new stylish designs and bold colors.  These shoes look very different than the Crocs clog you may be used to and, best of all,  all shoes listed below are $74.99 or less.

Review: I have had a pair of Crocs boots for a few years now and they have survived some pretty harsh Pennsylvania winters and are still in just as good of shape as the day I got them.  Ever since I got the boots, I have become a huge fan of Crocs because I know that their shoes are comfortable and designed to last. They have a lot of great spring/summer sandals and it was really hard to decide on which pair to review!

I have tons of boring sandals and decided that this would be a great opportunity to get a fun and stylish shoe and chose the A-leigh Linen Wedge in Hot Pink.  I have hip and back problems so I usually wear flats and was a little concerned that the wedge heel may be too high but it was perfect.  The inside of the shoes features "Croslite" material that provides real comfort. These may just be the most comfortable sandals I own! 

The straps are adjustable but also feature a hook that you can use to fasten the straps once you adjust them to your ideal fit. I really love this feature because other shoes I have owned have had the straps stretch or wear out quickly when you have to fasten them every time. I do wish there was just one more notch as one of the shoes feels a bit to loose in the heel. The rest of the fit, however, is great. I have wide feet but I was easily able to fit into these sandals. I am also thrilled with the versatility. I imagine I will be wearing these with capris, shorts, and dresses all spring and summer long.
