There are a lot of eco-friendly companies out there, but no other company is quite like TerraCycle. This company literally takes your garbage and makes practical products such as plant food, backpacks, frames, toys and more! This company pays schools and non-profit organizations for their trash saving 1000's of tons of waste from going to landfills. Once your waste is shipped to TerraCycle and checked in to the TerraCycle facility, your collection location will be credited with any TerraCycle points that you may have earned for your waste. TerraCycle points can be redeemed for a variety of charitable gifts, or for a payment of $0.01 per point to the non-profit organization or school of your choice. I seriously love this company!!
TerraCycle Tent Bags: TerraCycle is always coming up with new and innovative ways to repurpose items. They have a great assortment of back to school items including bags made from tent parts and USPS mail sacks. The material gives the TerraCycle bags and lunch sacks an interesting and custom look. The tent bags are hand washable, water and stain resistant and lightweight. That all have durable clips, straps, and zippers as well as pockets to help keep items organized. The lunch sack has a Velcro closure and a buckle to form a handle or a way to fasten to a sack, bicycle or backpack.
TerraCycle Lunch Sack Review: Lunch sacks definitely get there fill of wear and tear in our household so it was definitely time for my son to get a new one. One of my biggest complaints about lunch sacks is that they are big and bulky, even if you only have a few items. So, I immediately loved the TerraCycle Lunch Sack because it was light weight and is a great size. It can hold a lot, but does not have a bulky design so it adjusts in size to what you actually pack. I also found that this sack can hold a lot more than the lunch sacks we had been using. The material makes it really easy to wipe it clean and I appreciate that it is washable. After all, you are handing it to children with food and drink inside! It is a light, but tough material. The small zippered pocket in the front is a bonus as well and I plan to use that to pack my son's milk token - something he would easily lose when it was just placed in a regular lunch bag. I really love this bag and I have a feeling we will have it for years to come.
Check out how much stuff I fit into this lunch sack!
WOW!
