I have acid reflux so I know that there are many drinks out there that are very acidic. Not only that, but soft drinks and many other beverages are made with artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, preservatives, and Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs). Who wants to put all of that in your body? Not me! Aside from 100% juice that I drink on occasion, I have given up all other beverages besides water after doing some research on what all those additives do to your body. However, even a majority of bottled waters are purified by stripping everything out (good and bad) leaving them flat, empty, and acidic. Having an acidic diet over time can overwhelm our bodies and diminish our body's ability to maintain good health.
Our bodies are designed to constantly regulate and adjust to maintain a delicate alkaline pH of 7.41 in order to sustain life and health. If you consume too much acid, you make your body work harder. You can help your body out by consuming alkalizing fruits and vegetables to include: apples, apricots, bananas, berries, broccoli, carrots, lettuce, sweet potatoes, and more! You can also help by drinking alkalizing water.

Qure Review: I never thought that there was a real difference in health qualities between one type of water to the next so I was very intrigued by Qure Water's claims. While I can't say whether or not my body has reaped the claimed benefits of drinking this water, I can say that I really like the taste. It has a very smooth and fresh taste. It has been very refreshing during the hot summer days and my kids also love the flavor. Even my daughter, who typically hates drinking water, has been reaching for at least a bottle a day and asked if she can pack these in her lunch instead of juice boxes! My son commented that he likes the flavor much more than any other water he has tried and has been begging me to buy more. I would definitely buy this water, but the cost is just not within our budget ($30.96 for a case of 24). I understand the health benefits but when you are living paycheck to paycheck it is just not possible to pay $31 a week for bottled water. Oh well, maybe when I will the lottery...
