BuildaSign.com Review: I was given the opportunity to create my very own banner and since my daughter's birthday is coming up I figured this would be a great opportunity to make a Happy Birthday sign for her. The theme of her birthday this year is "ice cream" so we worked together to make an ice cream banner. The banner was very easy to make and once she decided on the "perfect ice cream cone" picture, it took only about 5 minutes to complete the process. I had complete control over what the banner looked like and was not limited in any way by the customization interface.

There are a number of size options and you can also add optional clear tabs or brass grommets. I elected not to choose either of these and I wish I would have. I have no sense of size when I order things and I was assuming the banner would be small enough to just adhere to our fence with tape but it is gigantic and heavy because it is made of vinyl. Having reinforced holes would have allowed us to easily hang with string but now we are going to have to get really creative.
It took 17 days from the time of ordering to delivery of the sign which I thought was very reasonable. I think the banner looked great. The material is very thick and would certainly survive the elements if it was placed outside. The picture and lettering looked great and my daughter was so excited when it arrived.
